When you submit our contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

You are not required to submit a contact form to browse the Site. If you do choose to contact us, we ask you to provide only the information necessary for us to respond to your inquiry.

5.1 Google Analytics

5.2 YouTube Embeds
The Site may embed videos hosted on YouTube. To minimize tracking, all YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies until the user clicks play. YouTube's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5.3 Social Media Links
The Site contains links to social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. If you click a social media link, the operator of that platform may collect information about you, set cookies, and combine that information with data they already hold about you. We do not control these third-party data practices. Refer to the relevant platform's privacy policy for details.
5.4 Hosting Provider
The Site is hosted by Bluehost, which automatically maintains server logs that may include IP addresses, browser information, and request timestamps. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you submit to us, and for ensuring that the email address and contact details you provide are secure and accessible only to you.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@flightlutions.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. Because there is no industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still control tracking through the cookie and analytics opt-out methods described above.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
